Millicent (portrayed by actress Lisa Goldstein) is a character from the CW tv show One Tree Hill. She is Brooke's assistant.

Marvin "Mouth" McFadden (portrayed by actor Lee Norris) is a character from the CW tv show One Tree Hill. He currently works as a reporter for WWIY 11, the local Tree Hill tv station.

Mouth and Millicent first met at Brooke's opening of her new store in Tree Hill. At the time, Mouth was "kinda seeing" and sleeping with his boss, Alice for an eventually higher spot at his job. Millicent and Mouth went on their first date at Tric but it ended when she tried to kiss him but Mouth moved. He had been harrassed by Alice all night, threatening to fire him if he kissed Millicent. That same night, Mouth ended things with Alice.

The next day, Mouth visits Millicent at Clothes Over Bros, to ask her for a second chance. And they hit it off.

In episode 14 of season 5, Mouth offers Millicent to move in with him but she refuses. It is later found that Millicent is actually a virgin and she doesn't want to share a bed with Mouth. Mouth respects that and offers to have a second bed. Millicent then accepts to move in. They now live together along with Fergie, Junk and Skills.
